During this project, where we created a web page about the First and Second Intifada, I had the chance to learn and improve many skills, both personal and group skills. From the beginning, my group worked well. We divided the work into six parts. I had to do the part about the background of both Intifadas and explain the First Intifada, including its causes, important events, and results.
This helped me improve my reading and research skills. I had to read different sources, understand the conflict, and explain it in a simple and clear way so everyone could understand. I also learned how to write better and more organized.
Working in a group was very important. We talked well, made a video call to plan the work, and uploaded the information without repeating. We finished the page in about one day. This helped us learn how to work fast but still do good work.
I also learned a digital skill. I used Weebly, a tool to make and publish web pages. It was interesting to mix pictures and text to make a good page. I saw that design and clear information are very important. In general, this was a good and useful experience for me.

During the process of this project, I had the opportunity to lead the team. At first, I thought it would be easy, but I quickly realized that being a leader is more than just giving instructions. I admit that my leadership was not the best. I wasn't very organized, and I had some difficulty managing the team effectively. However, my team members were responsible and well-prepared, which helped a lot. We had distributed the topics in advance, and each person knew what to do. Because of this, we were able to complete the project successfully in just one day.
This experience taught me a lot about teamwork and leadership. I learned that a good leader should not only give orders but also listen, support the team, and stay organized. Communication is very important, and I think I need to improve in that area. Even though I wasn't the best leader, I still learned valuable lessons and saw how important collaboration and commitment are for success.
In the future, I want to continue developing my leadership and teamwork skills. I believe that with more practice, I will feel more confident and prepared to take on leadership roles. This project helped me grow, and I'm proud of what we achieved together.

After completing this group project, I discovered several things about myself and how I work with friends. I found that we could do more efficient work, but we had the disadvantage of our schedule because we managed time very poorly. At the same time, the hours we spent were fun and full of memories that I will keep in my mind forever. Along with this, our teamwork also stood out, and we worked together effectively to solve the time‐management issue.
By going deeper
into each stage of the project, I realized that our good friendship and
combined talent made the meetings even when not well planned, always productive
and enjoyable. Although deadlines became difficult and we sometimes improvised
on the spot, those situations led to more creative ideas and suggestions that
would hardly appear in a very rigid setting. Every organizational challenge late
starts, distractions during sessions, or lack of a clear agenda became the
perfect chance to laugh, support each other, and build trust.
To fix the time
deficit, we finally agreed to assign specific roles, set simple daily goals,
and use informal reminders (group messages or phone alarms). This way, we not
only delivered a quality project but also kept the friendly and fun atmosphere
alive.
